I was scared to go to the gym, but I realized nobody really is watching you, everybody is in their own headspace.

The gym can be intimidating. Our goal is to motivate an audience to step out of their comfort zone for personal gain.

To stay disciplined in one area of your life will grow into multiple areas of your life. For us, our self-control grew throughout the course of the semester.

exercise in the morning

or afternoon can help regulate your sleep patterns. Not only with it help with sleep duration but it will improve quality of sleep.

Working out is a natural and effective anti-anxiety treatment. Through endorphins, hormones the body releases, it releases tensions and stress.

 When faced with mental or emotional challenges in life, exercise can help you build resilience while carrying over to other areas of your life. Working out helps with drug addiction, alcohol, or other addictions.
